Delete your account
You can delete your Travel Seoul :) account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open the app and tap Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out right away.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email us from the address you signed in with.

What gets deleted
- Email address, account ID and nickname
- Favorites, likes, suggestions and reports
- Your nickname on forum posts and comments is replaced with "Deleted user". The posts stay visible but are no longer linked to you. If you want specific posts removed, delete them in the app before you delete your account, or list them in your email.
We finish deletion within 30 days of your request. Records that Korean law requires us to keep are deleted when that period ends.
